A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing public and private companies, private equity sponsors, investors, and entrepreneurs in sophisticated mergers & acquisitions and corporate transactions.

• 3–5 years of large law firm corporate transactional experience

• Experience with sophisticated mergers & acquisitions transactions, corporate governance matters, and general corporate transactions

• Experience representing public companies, private companies, private equity sponsors, or strategic investors preferred

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other transaction documents

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage transaction workstreams and work directly with clients

• Desire for significant responsibility and client interaction

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
