Tax Manager POST NUMBER: 473805
We’re looking for a Tax Manager who thrives on solving complex tax challenges and building efficient, scalable processes. This role blends hands-on compliance, tax planning, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns.
- Support tax planning and post-acquisition integrations.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Mentor junior team members and drive best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 5 years in income tax compliance (federal & state).
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing high-volume work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with tax software is a plus.
