(Senior) Sales Engineer

Your Mission:

At EAE Solutions, we are looking for an experienced and driven colleague who will play a key role in shaping and executing our commercial and technical strategy. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will take ownership of customer‑specific solutions, manage complex projects during the proposal to phase, and act as a sparring partner for both customers and internal stakeholders. You will help steer business development activities, mentor colleagues, and contribute directly to the growth of our organization.

Your Profile:

• Manage large customer projects where you are responsible for the customer‑specific concepts.
• Actively drive Business Development efforts to attract and secure new customers.
• Advise and support Management on strategic commercial opportunities and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and strategic use of CRM systems.
• Prepare, manage, and present quotations and price calculations for complex projects.
• Develop and refine sales and marketing documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant market and competitor information.
• Act as a mentor and point of reference for junior colleagues within the team.

The ideal candidate has a completed HBO or WO degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a comparable field. You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in a Sales Engineering or comparable technical‑commercial role. You have proven ability to manage complex projects, build long‑term client relationships, and translate technical knowledge into commercial success. A strong command of both Dutch and English is required; German is an advantage. You are solution‑oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable taking initiative.
