Position: Caregiver
Schedule: 12‑hour shifts (Morning, Overnight, On‑call); availability Monday–Friday, weekends, and holidays
Must have’s:
- Experience in assisted living or home community care (1 year preferred)
- Knowledge of patient monitoring and vital signs assessment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and assist residents safely
- English proficiency
- CPR/First Aid certified
- TB test and physical exam within 1 year
- Complete proxy/caregiver training
- Complete criminal background check
Plusses:
- Familiarity with dementia care
- Certification in social work or related fields
Need to Know:
- Duties include assisting with ADLs, monitoring vitals, companionship, mobility assistance, behavioral/physical observations, and maintaining a safe environment
