We’re looking for a Skilled Trades Recruiter who can keep up with demand, deliver top talent fast, and bring real field insight to the hiring process—especially when it comes to electricians and electrical helpers .
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- Fill roles quickly without sacrificing quality
- Source, screen, and place electricians, apprentices, and helpers
- Build strong pipelines of qualified trades talent
- Partner with operations to understand urgent workforce needs
- Keep orders fulfilled and crews fully staffed—on time, every time
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in the trades (electrical background strongly preferred)
- Proven success recruiting for skilled trades roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong sense of urgency and execution speed
- Relationship builder who can connect with field talent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
