JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Activation Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting business partners and end users by ensuring seamless account activation, operational efficiency, and effective cross-functional coordination. This position is responsible for managing customer-specific online stores, overseeing fulfillment programs, and driving successful project execution to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):

  • Provide high-level account service to business partners and end users, fostering integrated partnerships with customers.
  • Assist with account activation by preparing scope of work and resource requirements, predicting fulfillment needs, creating timing/action plans, establishing milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of customer-specific online stores, including product availability, pricing updates, and client-facing communication.
  • Monitor and manage store-specific inventory and coordinate replenishment with internal teams to prevent stock shortages.
  • Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders, resolving any issues or escalations promptly.
  • Support ongoing account operational management tasks such as assortment planning, private label branding, style setup, demand planning, order management, custom packaging, fulfillment, kitting, inventory management, and online store setup.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project calls and communicate with internal teams, executives, or board members to align project objectives with customer goals.
  • Monitor project performance, adjust strategies as needed, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and effectively manage cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of business experience managing projects through a full life cycle.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Ability to drive consensus and effectively balance competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with apparel manufacturing and distribution is a plus.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Confluence) and understanding best PM practices is beneficial.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Regular standing and walking.

  • Occasional bending, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, and climbing stairs as needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Environment: Office-based or remote.

WORK HOURS:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with occasional weekends as needed.

DRESS CODE:

  • Business casual or appropriate attire based on company policy.
