Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Folder/Gluer Operator with a strong background in folding cartons within the food packaging industry . This role is critical to producing high-quality printed packaging while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot Folder/Gluer equipment
• Run straight-line, auto-bottom, 4-corner, and 6-corner cartons
• Monitor production to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Make adjustments, clear jams, and maintain consistent output
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Follow all safety, OHSE, and cleanliness standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of Folder/Gluer machine operation in the food packaging industry
• Hands-on experience with setup, troubleshooting, and machine adjustments
• Ability to run straight-line, auto-bottom, 4- and 6-corner cartons
• Basic math and computer skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Bobst Alpina, ExpertFold, or Domino machines
• Knowledge of Leary or Nordson glue systems
• Leadership or mentoring experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ lbs
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, and manual handling of materials
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
