Technical Sales Consultant - SE
· Customer Engagement: Some relationships with partners will be ongoing while others are less frequent, however the same dedication to quality work and fulfilling their expectations is key.
· Support & Training: Provide personalized support, training, and resources to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to quote and order Salto’s products and services.
· Technical Support: A Scheduled resource to ensure partners have the technical skills for successful projects. ·
Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address future needs to prevent issues before they arise.
· Sustainable Growth: Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and accountability.
· Brand Building : Provide a level of support that promotes both Salto’s and the partners reputation and brand. Qualifications: (Remote based position)
- Strong knowledge of Salto products and deployment scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and detailed work output.
- Ability to provide excellent support to all partners and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and train partners and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
