The Mission

• Own the end-to-end service of commercial HVAC systems up to 50 tons.
• Diagnose refrigeration-cycle faults; troubleshoot TXVs, compressors, and motors.
• Resolve VAV and economizer issues to elevate IAQ and energy performance.
• Maintain and repair hydronic pumps and related system components.
• Execute coil diagnostics and replacements (evaporator and condenser).
• Track down electrical and controls problems and return equipment to safe operation.
• Interpret complex schematics with confidence and precision.
• Lift the next generation—mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians in best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years servicing large commercial/industrial HVAC equipment
• Clean driving record; eligible to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to pass fit-for-duty evaluations for contract requirements
• Ability to pass pre-hire drug screening and maintain random drug screening per company policy
• Expertise with major commercial components: large compressors, motors, economizers, VAVs
• Independent work style; capable of managing your own calls
• Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs; work at heights and in confined areas
• Fluent in reading advanced schematics and technical documentation
• Analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills
• Clear, professional communication with clients and peers
• Proven ability to mentor junior technicians (Level 1 & Level 2)
