*****MUST LIVE IN MACON*****

• In this role (1099 Contractor), you will ensure our units are spotless between check-ins, providing a top-notch guest experience
• Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided
• Completing same-day turnovers when needed
• Comfortable using stairs, lifting laundry, and being on your feet
• Reliable transportation is essential to travel between multiple locations and meet cleaning schedules efficiently
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and client property
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and wash dishes
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors, or spot clean carpets as needed
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including tables, desks, and windowsills
• As required, manage laundry tasks, ensuring bed linens, towels, bath mats, and other items are thoroughly cleaned and dried
• Change linens and make beds in all bedrooms and sofa beds
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Restock essential supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
• Follow established cleaning procedures (checklist) and safety protocols
• Knowledge of housekeeping practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and restocking essentials
• Punctuality and reliability are key—you must arrive on time every day to ensure units are guest-ready within this timeframe
• Flexible schedule depending on guest check out/check-in times. Your typical day will consist of cleaning 2-5 units between 10 AM – 4 PM. MUST BE AVAILABLE SUNDAYS due to high volumes of guest check outs.
• Take before and after photos of each cleaning
