Our established family-owned hospitality group, with 7 locations in greater Atlanta area and 1 in Nashville, is seeking a Beverage Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:

• Beverage Program: Develop/curate menu (cocktails, wine, beer, non-alcoholic); source/manage suppliers; align offerings with brand/guests.
• Staff Leadership: Train on prep/presentation/pairing ; foster collaboration; lead by example in service standards.
• Inventory & Cost: Manage inventory; conduct audits; minimize waste; control costs; optimize ordering/storage.
• Guest Experience: Monitor feedback; collaborate on pairings; ensure safety/responsible service.
• Compliance: Adhere to alcohol laws/regulations; maintain clean/equipped bar; enforce company policies.
• Marketing: Develop/execute promotions; collaborate on highlighting offerings; stay updated on trends.

What We Are Seeking:

• Extensive beverage knowledge (mixology, wine, beer, spirits).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in inventory/cost control.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local alcohol laws.
