Content Creation (Daily)

• Film content for:
• TikTok
• Instagram
• Facebook
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments in the office
• Turn everyday interactions into engaging content
• Help team members show up confidently on camera

Employee & Culture Content

• Capture team personalities in a fun, natural way
• Create content that shows:
• Real people
• Real stories
• Real impact
• Bring energy into the office and elevate team participation

Community & Event Coverage

• Attend client events, workshops, and community events
• Capture content live on-site
• Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
• Build relationships in the community

Creative Direction & On-Set Leadership

• Take control of the filming process
• Give clear direction and feedback during recordings
• Help people look and feel their best on camera
• Ensure content is high-quality, natural, and engaging

Requirements

• Fully fluent in English and Spanish
• Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera
• Willing to work in the office 5 days a week (Atlanta, GA)
• Willing to attend events and be active in the community
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)

• Video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Videography experience (camera work, lighting, audio)
• Experience creating viral or high-performing social content
• Background in storytelling, interviews, or content production
