Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Step Down Unit Duration: 48-hour contract Shift: Not specified Hours per Shift: Not specified Experience: 2 years License: RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: 2 years of experience in a medical step down unit, ACLS, BLS Description: Provide nursing care for patients in a medical step down unit. Manage a patient ratio of 1 to 4. Treat patients with conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, type II diabetes, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Support patients and families through complex medical challenges. Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to assess and implement care plans. About Cynet Health
