Remote Travel Planning Advisor
We are looking for a reliable and service-focused Remote Travel Planning Advisor to assist clients with researching and coordinating travel plans. This role emphasizes communication, research, and planning organization to ensure travel arrangements are completed accurately and efficiently.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble organized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining accurate planning records.
You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and documentation needs when required. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others stay organized while delivering dependable service in a remote-friendly work environment.
