Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to lead machine operations and ensure optimal performance through preventative maintenance and equipment management. This role involves running a team, handling production goals, and managing various operational processes.

pay 18-19 an hour

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in machine operations and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Operate and maintain machines, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Handle production goals and manage changeovers efficiently.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Implement disciplinary actions when necessary.

Essential Skills

• Troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in machine operation.
• Knowledge of production processes.
• Preventive maintenance expertise.
• Understanding of hydraulics.
• Ability to conduct quality and safety inspections.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Machine Operator.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled facility, although some areas may be colder. The environment is designed to ensure the safety and comfort of all employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Temple, GA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
