Senior Project Manager
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Senior Project Manager to join their team. Project Environment: This person will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams involving:

- Testing & Delivery
- Senior-level Project Manager experience
- Risk management experience
- Requirements management experience
- Proven ability to organize complex environments
- Strong project planning skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and strong written communication
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to translate business objectives into project execution plans
- Documentation: Requirements documentation; Project documentation; Process documentation; Executive updates; Traceability and follow-through; Retail experience
- Supply Chain Experience: Distribution operations; Fulfillment processes; Logistics workflows; Inventory management
- Strong Jira experience; Jira Align experience preferred (Standard Jira experience acceptable)
- Confluence: Heavy Confluence usage required
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills required; Team primarily manages work through Excel
- Walk into a complex environment and quickly connect the dots
- Understand organizational structures and stakeholder relationships
- Identify project status and business objectives rapidly
- Bring order to disorder
- Establish accountability across teams
- Drive execution without excessive oversight
- Operate as a self-starter and go-getter
