Remarketing Field Representative – Remote (Preferred Markets)
Salary: $70,000–$75,000 base + quarterly bonus
Location: Remote with 1–1.5 days/week at local auctions
Must reside in: Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta, Florida (Tampa or Orlando), or Maryland

A growing vehicle remarketing operation is expanding its field team—and we’re hiring experienced auto buyers who know their way around the auction lanes.

This Remarketing Field Representative will manage the full lifecycle of repo vehicles post-recovery—overseeing reconditioning, coordinating logistics, and getting assets ready for auction as quickly and profitably as possible. The role requires sharp judgment, automotive savvy, and strong working relationships across repo partners, dealerships, and auction teams.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a book of 100–200 vehicles at any given time

• Coordinate reconditioning, booking, and auction prep post-repo

• Partner with internal teams and third-party recovery agents

• Determine the right auction strategy: timing, location, lane placement

• Perform sale-day responsibilities, including pre/post-sale reporting and IF duties

• Use independent judgment to assess vehicle value and condition

• Resolve arbitrations and represent vehicles accurately at sale

• Build strong relationships with auction staff, clients, and repossession agents

• Visit auction locations 1–1.5 days per week (home-based otherwise)

What You Bring

• 3+ years of remarketing, auction, or wholesale auto buying experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred

• Familiarity with the repo process and auction operations

• Hands-on knowledge of vehicle condition, pricing, and buyer behavior

• Ability to work independently and make real-time decisions

• Strong communication and client service skills

• Proficient with Google Workspace and auction platforms
