Snelling is seeking a driven and professional Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Atlanta. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and working both in the field and in the office. If you are motivated by networking, sales growth, and uncapped earning potential, we want to hear from you.

Compensation:

• $70,000–$80,000 base salary
• Commission opportunities
• Full-time position with growth potential

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach
• Meet with clients in person throughout the Atlanta market
• Conduct sales presentations and staffing consultations
• Work closely with internal recruiting and operations teams
• Track activity, pipeline, and client communication
• Help grow market presence and revenue within assigned territory

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales, staffing, or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with a mix of field work and office work
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional demeanor with strong follow-up skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
