About Us:
Marbled & Fin has expanded from its celebrated Charleston roots to downtown Savannah as the concept's second location, joining The Neighborhood Dining Group portfolio (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). Known for its vibrant energy and modern approach to the steakhouse, Marbled & Fin creates a lively yet polished setting for both everyday dining and special celebrations. Team members will be part of bringing this exciting new restaurant to Savannah, offering premium cuts of beef, the highest quality seafood, and expansive wine list, and a standout whiskey and spirits collection.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency and strong team performance.
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety in all kitchen areas.
• Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, prep execution, and ordering.
• Maintain a hands-on presence during all meal periods, including prep, service, and breakdown.
