We represent Plaintiffs, Defendants, HOAs/COAs, property owners, and small–mid market businesses in contract disputes, landlord/tenant issues, title issues, fiduciary claims, and related proceedings in Georgia trial and appellate courts. Role Description

You’ll drive active litigation from pleadings through resolution, working directly with a team of professional legal innovators. Expect meaningful stand-up time in Georgia courts and hands-on client contact.

Duties:

• Negotiate and litigate cases on behalf of clients
• Own a docket of litigation matters, meeting all deadlines with zero missed calendaring events.
• Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and document organization
• Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
• ake/defend depositions
• Manage discovery end-to-end (RFPs/Rogs/RFAs, protective orders)

Must Haves:

• J.D. and active Georgia Bar in good standing
• 2–6 years of litigation experience (civil trial work strongly preferred).
• Excellent research/writing with samples that show tight issue framing and authority use.
• Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and protocols
• Professional courtroom presence; client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and hit agreed billable targets

Preferred

• Real estate, business torts, or contract litigation background.
• Deposition and motion-argument experience in Georgia state courts.
• Familiarity with Clio and LexisNexis
• Appellate exposure (applications, interlocutory practice, or supersedeas strategy).
