We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Gainesville . This position is available for second and third shifts and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery to ensure efficient production while maintaining quality and safety standards.
This is a full-time position with consistent hours and opportunities for growth.
- Second Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Third Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Location: Gainesville
- Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
Job Duties
- Operate production machines according to established procedures
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality standards are met
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical understanding and attention to detail
- Ability to work second or third shift as scheduled
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
