Maidpro Smyrna is a residential and commercial cleaning company. We are hiring an Office Coordinator to help with daily office operations and to provide the highest level of customer service to our team and our customers. Daily hours in this role is between 7:30AM-12:30PM, Monday - Friday.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management
- Staff scheduling
- Orientation and training of new staff members
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Office Inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Training:
- Associates Degree preferred, but not required.
- Office management or administrative role preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
- Personal vehicle
- Proof of vehicle insurance with your name on it
- Active drivers' license
- Original birth certificate or social security card
- Reliability is highly important.
- Resume and original college transcript (if applicable)
- Background check
