Thrillz Indoor Adventure Amusement Park is a fast-growing indoor amusement brand delivering high-energy, next-level entertainment experiences for families and groups. With multiple locations operating and more on the way, Thrillz is redefining what indoor adventure looks like.

Our newest park is opening in Doraville in Atlanta, Georgia. It’s a 56,000 square foot indoor adventure amusement park packed with attractions, energy, and opportunity. This flagship-scale location features giant slides, elevated obstacle courses, trampolines, stuntman airbag landings, inflated sports courts, softplay areas, party rooms, three indoor carnival rides, two VR thrill rides, arcade games, and large group event spaces.

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Facility Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and operational readiness for this large-scale entertainment facility. This role is responsible for ensuring all attractions, equipment, and building systems remain in excellent working condition and meet all safety standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, handy, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs
• Maintain safe operation of giant slides, elevated obstacle courses, trampolines, stuntman airbag systems, softplay structures, and inflated sports courts
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of three indoor carnival rides and two VR rides
• Ensure all attractions meet safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues quickly and effectively
• Coordinate with ride vendors, inspectors, and service technicians as needed
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and general facility equipment
• Inspect party rooms, guest areas, and attractions daily to ensure safe and clean conditions
• Respond quickly to maintenance issues during operating hours
• Keep detailed maintenance logs and inspection records
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and insurance safety requirements
• Assist with park setup, repairs, and improvements as needed
• Support leadership team with operational needs related to facility and equipment
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and maintenance supplies
  Help train staff on proper use of attractions and basic safety procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance, mechanical work, construction, or amusement / entertainment operations
• Experience working at an amusement park, trampoline park, family entertainment center, gym, or similar venue is strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working at heights and around large equipment
• Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical work as needed
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
• Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused
• Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by park operations
