Job Title: Full-Time Service Porter

Location: McDonough

Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule:

• Off every Tuesday and Sunday
• Works Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily service operations by greeting customers, managing vehicle flow, and ensuring a smooth and organized service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Follow established procedures to dispatch keys and service repair orders.
• Move and organize customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist service advisors and technicians as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in service drive and lot areas.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license (DL).
• Reliable and punctual with strong attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and established processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment

This position involves working outdoors and in a dealership service environment, including frequent vehicle movement and customer interaction.
