Blank Hospital-AN-0138 Submission Requirements:\r\n2+ years experience\r\nMUST have PEDIATRIC Hem/Onc experience\r\nBMT experience preferred, OK if they only have Hem/Oncology exo\r\nBLS, PALS, APHON CHEMO Required\r\nActive RN license required at time of submission\r\nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\nFLU SHOT REQUIRED\r\nEMR: Epic\r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\nPeds hem/oncology\r\nASAP STARTS ONLY\r\nShift: 3x12 0700-1900- Days, Every Other weekend required\r\nScrub Color : Any color\r\n\r\nWe are looking for nurses who can provide safe patient care while delivering excellent customer service. Nurses coming into this unit are expected to work as a team with current staff and provide support beyond an individual assignment.\r\n\r\n*NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested with drug screen.\r\n\r\nCHOA will require the flu vaccination. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious). Please do not submit if your candidate cannot receive a flu vaccine. Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Contract Weeks:90
