About Our Group
This group provides support to our procurement teams enterprise wide.Our procurement team is a critical component in ensuring the that our manufacturing teams have the supplies to produce on time quality airplanes for our customers. All our teams focus on different spaces in direct and indirect procurement.
About the Role
The System Liaison I will support several Senior System Liaisons in daily activities. The daily activities include handling the onboarding of new suppliers and setting up system access for suppliers and buyers. In addition to onboarding, the Liaison will manage mailbox for troubleshooting and request tickets (approximately 20 tickets a day). Attention to detail is critical in this role due to regular audits on suppliers. The role is heavily administrative heavy with repetitive tasks. It is a key role within our procurement team to be to continue moving the business along in meeting their objectives and ensuring the company is in compliance. SAP, Liferay, and/or vendor management experience preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IS, related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years experience in an IT project management or related field.
Position Purpose : Under minimum supervision, the Systems Liaison II will execute the implementation of business applications by acting as a bridge between Business, Vendor, and Information Technology areas.Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:- Work with business functional area, vendor, and IT during system upgrades, conversions, implementations and/or acquisitions.
- Assist in developing concise requirements to support business initiatives, automation, continuous improvement, and system integration.
- Assist in developing project timeline based on priority, expectations, resource availability, and constraints.
- Work with business functional areas to develop and deliver effective communication across the company.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure existing requirements are met. .
- Support system execution and change management processes. .
- Continuous analysis of system functionality and user access regarding compliance with company policies, government and other outside agency regulations. .
- Maintain lines of communication across organization to ensure that system modifications and/or enhancements are incorporated into existing or new procedures respectively.
- Provide system administration support to end-users accessing applications.
- Gain and maintain knowledge in the area of project management, business communication, and business functional area. .
- Prepare and deliver presentations and status reports as requested. .
- Resolve issues between business user, vendor, and IT personnel. .
- Demonstrated successful implementations of two or more business applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated the support of sensitive and confidential data.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and customer service skills.
