JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the crucial role of connecting with customers via phone calls. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants. Performs the initial telephone screening of patients, per study protocols. Managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner. Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Minimum high school diploma. Must have the ability to perform detail-oriented work and follow up on assignments. Must have keyboarding and basic computer experience. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must reflect the professional image of the company, upholding the company vision in actions, demeanor, and appearance. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. WORKING CONDITIONS Indoor, Office environment. Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, standing, and walking.
