About the Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: High Acuity Floor, Surgery Trauma Duration: Contract Shift: Flexible Hours per Shift: Varies Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty License: Active Nursing License Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: - Epic experience - No RTO Description: Must be willing to work given shifts with no block schedules. Experience with patient population including spinal neuro trauma surgical cases, gunshot wounds, quads, and paraplegics is essential. Patient ratio is 5:1 with nursing support staff present. Phlebotomy services available. Unit secretarial support provided during night shifts. Emergency department nurses and admitting unit staff will complete a nurse handoff.
