Sage's Medium Segment Business Operations team are trusted partners in bringing product and business ambitions to reality. We design and execute top programs and initiatives within a high-growth business unit - driving product and commercial growth globally.
About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will lead strategic programs set by the Medium Segment governance committee. You will serve as the program lead - partnering with critical functions to design the program strategy, execution and resourcing plans to accomplish product growth goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across the world to solve complex challenges, execute go-to-market plans, and ensure successful outcomes for our SaaS and ERP solutions.

- Lead product commercialization/launch program design in partnership with stakeholders across product, commercial, marketing, and operations teams.
- Gain alignment and lead plan execution across >15 teams globally (sales, services, marketing, product, finance, IT, legal, BI/Ops)
- Create and deliver executive presentations and communications on top business unit initiatives.
- Ensure top programs are delivered on time and aligned with global strategy, following project management best practices.
- Assess, manage and solve program risks and issues - ensure proactive identification, create recommendations for mitigation plans and manage escalations

- Act as a strategic partner who leads through influence and builds strong relationships across the organization.
What You'll Bring
Requirements:
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or commercialization management (or equivalent experience).
- Deep project management skills with ability to facilitate discussions and build high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker who learns through discovery and embraces innovation.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to solve complex problems and implement solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with tact and diplomacy.
- Experienced designing and leading senior executive presentations.
- Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and proactive in identifying gaps or roadblocks.
- Focused on results while maintaining alignment with desired outcomes and goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS and/or ERP industry launching products and propositions.
