Creative Lead

:

Evans General Contractors, LLC is a growing, national/international design-build construction company performing work in a wide variety of commercial and industrial markets. Evans seeks to hire a full-time, in office, Creative Lead to join our Marketing team in Alpharetta, Georgia. The Creative Lead will work directly with the VP of Marketing to deliver compelling visuals and communication pieces that convey Evans culture and capabilities - leveraging Evans' strong brand identity and position as a leading general contractor.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000
• Bonus: up to 10% base commensurate with performance
• 401(k) Profit Sharing: Up to 10% of base salary a year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the content development of creative projects from concept to completion as they relate to web, print, email, and digital/video marketing pieces for the company.
• Oversee the planning and creation of engaging and shareable content for social media platforms.
• Lead graphic team members in the design and delivery of marketing assets, providing guidance and direction when necessary.
• Manage a shared library of resources, including templated assets, that are easily accessible and utilized by team members.
• Become a brand guardian and ensure correct usage of Evans visual identity and help assist others in using our brand effectively.
• Craft media releases, thought leadership blogs, or written materials that shape public perception and/or increase awareness of Evans capabilities, projects, or services.
• Other responsibilities as assigned include backing up team members and departments when needed/requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communication, or related discipline
• 1-2 years of creative leadership experience
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledgeable of WordPress, WIX, and other web development technologies
• Experience with editing software to create rough and final video clips for motion graphics and digital storytelling.
• Competency in social media platforms
• Ability to navigate email communications platforms such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.
• Solid copy writing and copy editing experience
• Big picture thinker with strong attention to details
• Highly organized, can multitask, and meet deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude
• A willingness to learn and work above and beyond
• Can travel and attend events as needed
• Construction or Real Estate industry experience a plus

• Must show written and visual samples of work
