Central Sterile Manager
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school Required or
- In Lieu of degree 2 years of work experience in addition to the work requirement listed below. Required
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience which must include tow (2) years of leadership experience Required or
- In lieu of degree seven (7) years of experience working as a Sterile Processing or Surgical Tech, 2 of which working in a leadership capacity will be considered Required
- Experience with process flow, plant/manufacturing operations, assembly line, and/or sterile processing department Preferred
- Central Service Processing Certification Preferred
- Certified Operating Room Technician Certification in Sterile Processing Management Preferred
