Urgent Care Physician - Everett, WA

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
- $40,000 Starting Bonus +$40,000 Retention Bonus (no repayment)
- Flexible schedule that fits into your life - Our Urgent Care locations offer 12- and 8-hour shifts at locations at our sites from Everett to Marysville.
- We have full-time and part-time positions with clinic hours Monday-Friday from 7:30-7:30, and Saturday-Sunday from 8:00am-5:30pm with flexible shift scheduling in 8-week blocks
- Providers are backed by our extensive network of specialty care doctors, pharmacy and ancillary services, including in-house radiologists with STAT readings
- Ability to practice virtual, on-demand care after 6 months
- Dedicated MA's and RN’s trained to give IVs
- Emergency Room diversion program
- Guaranteed specialty provider follow-up visits

Required Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine (with experience treating children)
- Unrestricted WA State Medical License prior to start date
- Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications:
- Providers with 2+ years of experience in an Urgent Care, Walk-in Clinic or Emergency Medicine
The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
