Location: Atlanta Metro based territory sales to Southeastern US
Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Target Earnings: $200,000+

Position Overview
The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding revenue within an assigned territory. This individual will leverage existing industry relationships while identifying and securing new customer partnerships across a variety of industries.
The company provides extensive operational support, allowing sales professionals to focus on revenue generation and customer development rather than day-to-day logistics execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and existing industry relationships
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through contract execution
- Build relationships with shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and supply chain decision-makers
- Identify customer transportation challenges and develop customized logistics solutions
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and accurately forecast sales activity
- Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue objectives

Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of transportation, freight brokerage, logistics, or 3PL sales experience
- Demonstrated success developing and closing new business opportunities
- Existing book of business, customer relationships, or transferable shipper network strongly preferred
- Experience selling within highly competitive transportation markets
- Strong understanding of domestic and international freight solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
