The Administrative Assistant supports the business with administrative duties such as incoming and outgoing mail, printing and mailing correspondence for all departments, supporting IT services with equipment shipments, and data entry.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Scanning documents.
• Assists all departments with printing correspondence and other administrative duties as needed.
• Assists with shipping equipment to employees.
• Data Entry
• May assist HR with clerical duties
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications :

• Administrative Assistant experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Highly organized, attentive to details and works with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.
