Warehouse Quality Control Inspector

Apto Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Quality Control Inspector to join our on-site warehouse team in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for ensuring all IT assets meet quality and resale standards prior to shipment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of device grading, and the ability to follow structured processes related to refurbishment and data handling.

Responsibilities for Warehouse Quality Control Inspector

• Perform final quality control inspections on laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment prior to resale
• Remove stickers, labels, and cosmetic imperfections to prepare devices for sale
• Verify that the system reflects the current status of the assets (such as serial numbers, wipe logs, and missing components recorded, etc)
• Validate and confirm device grading (cosmetic and functional) aligns with internal and customer requirements
• Ensure all devices meet customer-specific specifications and quality expectations
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies, defects, or data inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Follow all data security, handling, and compliance procedures when working with data-bearing devices
• Collaborate with warehouse, refurbishment, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware (laptops, desktops, and tablets, etc.)
• Familiarity with device grading standards and refurbishment processes preferred
• Ability to follow detailed processes and meet productivity targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods and lifting equipment as needed
• Experience in a warehouse, production, or IT asset disposition (ITAD) environment preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft) or similar systems)
• Ability to work the scheduled hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm
