Physical Therapist Job Details

• Location: Burke, Virginia (22015) – Northern Virginia healthcare jobs
• Setting: Hospital – Inpatient Physical Therapy

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia (PT license required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred (new grads welcome)
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or hospital settings preferred
• Certification in Rehabilitation Therapy
• COVID-19 test required within 72 hours prior to start date; results due 48 hours before starting
• Resume and license verification must be included with application

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse conditions, including women's health, vestibular, and pelvic rehab
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records per hospital policy
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home care strategies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, patient-centered healthcare environment
