First Shift Packer
- Pay of $17.00/hour
- First Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity
- PPE provided

- 1–2 years of stable work history
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift 26–50 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for the entire shift
- Comfortable working in a hot production environment
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Inspect and pack products according to quality and safety standards
- Follow documented Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Meet or exceed daily production targets
- Label and pack boxes accurately per customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Assist fellow team members and support overall production efficiency
