Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service.

Oversee daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience as a Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or General Manager at restaurants such as Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, or similar quick-service brands.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.

Handle scheduling, budgeting, payroll, and daily sales reporting.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Support a positive team culture that promotes teamwork and accountability.

Communicate regularly with franchise owners and upper management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager, or Assistant Manager in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and health/safety standards.

Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering great guest experiences.

Must pass a federal background check.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with brands such as Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Popeyes, Taco Bell, Burger King, or similar quick-service restaurants is highly desirable.
