PowerBI Data Analyst Intern
Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Scheduled Hours Per Week 40 Myers and Stauffer LC is a certified public accounting and health and human services consulting firm, specializing in audit, accounting, data management and consulting services to government-sponsored health care programs (primarily state Medicaid agencies, and the federal Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services). - Intern must be working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 preferred
- Active participation in student organizations and work experience in related field is preferred
- Familiarity and/or an interest in Excel or Structured Query Language (SQL) data analytics tools preferred
- Interest in health care data analysis preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effectively multi-task with planning and efficiency
- Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Proficient use of applicable software programs, including Microsoft Office suite, SQL Server Management Studio, and PowerBI
