Repair Technician

​Position Overview:
Tellerex is hiring an ATM Technician for our technical operations located in Atlanta, GA. This role will be on the forefront working with our client partners' equipment refurbishing and repairing ATM and full-service machines.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide exceptional hands-on quality service by maintaining financial equipment, resolving hardware, software, and telecom errors.  

• Repair parts and troubleshoot in a timely manner 

• General warehouse duties as needed. 

• Meet required deadlines to ensure timely project completion and execution. 

• Perform regular cleaning with attention to detail and preventative maintenance duties on equipment 

• Maintain safety at all times: Always be aware of your surroundings and the people in the vicinity that can pose a threat to technician safety, technician safety is always first;  

• Understand and follow all company safety procedures regarding equipment, tools, and handling of heavy objects 

• Troubleshoot and repair Modules 

• Communicate with management as to needs and actions are taken or to be taken to complete projects  

• Complete all necessary paperwork and forward it to the proper department for further handling 

• Work closely with the project management team 

What you bring to the role: 

• Firm grasp of mechanical and electrical functions. 

• Willing to continue to learn more about ATMs every day 

• Must be organized and have extreme attention to detail 

• Must be a team player and have the ability to collaborate and work well with others. 

• Must be adaptable and flexible in working in a fast-growing environment 

• Must be a critical thinker and be able to make decisions while under limited supervision. 

• Must be a positive person, even when work can get challenging 

• Assume additional responsibilities as needed with a "can do" attitude to get the job done. 

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Onsite position at our Atlanta Headquarters.
