Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist with both family and cosmetic procedures, including prepping treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays, and more.

• Deliver excellent patient care by greeting, reassuring, and educating patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

• Maintain clinical records accurately and assist with charting and documentation.

• Support practice operations by helping with inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring treatment rooms are clean and well-stocked.

• Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure patient comfort and efficient flow of the day.

• Opportunity to advance into a Clinical Manager role that includes coaching, training, schedule coordination, and supervising staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid Dental Assisting Certification highly preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset.

• Ability to adapt to different doctor preferences and workflows.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time position: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (includes a 1.5 hour lunch)

• Wednesdays and Weekends off

• Compensation depends on experience: up to $20 per hour
