Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for adults in neuro ICU and intermediate care, with potential unit float between ICU and step-down
- Conduct neuro assessment and ongoing monitoring of neurological status, using established protocols
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and facility policy; monitor for adverse effects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans and ensure timely interventions
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record; communicate changes in patient condition to the team
- Respond to routine and emergent situations, maintaining patient safety and comfort during night shift

Requirements
- Active RN license; Nursys license verification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a neuro ICU/IMCU or closely related specialty
- Certification card in relevant specialty or critical care (e.g., CCRN or similar) as appropriate
- Strong neuro-focused clinical skills; ability to work in an ICU/step-down environment
- Resume with no gaps greater than 60 days; demonstrate work history, references, and a skills checklist
- Ability to work night shift and participate in unit float as needed
