- Responsible for the safe keeping and upkeep of all equipment owned by BDB. This includes trucks, trailers, stored tools, stored supplies, and stored materials both here at the office and on our active job sites.
- This means using provided check list daily to see that trucks and trailers are safe to use.
- Inspect the area and equipment regularly and make repairs as needed.
- Responsible for the safe pick-up and delivery of material ordered by the company that they are asked to move. They should be careful to do the following when doing so:
- Check all tickets associated with the material pickup to make sure we got what we ordered and were charged correctly.
- Charge out and / or credit items we are taking from one job to the other and give the paperwork to the office at the end of each day.
- Cover and protect material we move from one place to another.
- Responsible for the clean-up of job sites, trucks, equipment, and office grounds as directed by management.
- Responsible for following all company policies and procedures, particularly safety rules and regulations.
- Complete any request from Project Manager. This may include, but is not limited to: Cleaning Job Site, Picking up materials, Miscellaneous construction work (Grout, Mortar, Framing, Cabinet install, and more.)
- Report directly to the Project Manager.
