Outbound Sales Consultant IV

A client with Kforce is seeking a Outbound Sales Consultant IV to join their team in Atlanta, GA. Summary: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing New Business Sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Executives (AEs) by generating qualified sales pipeline and helping to move Mailchimp's business upmarket. You will be responsible for engaging prospective mid-market customers and identifying opportunities to introduce them to the value of our omnichannel marketing platform. This is a hybrid role reporting out of our Atlanta office. Responsibilities:

• Partner with 2-3 Account Executives to strategically identify and research target mid-market companies
• Develop and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies to engage high-fit companies
• Generate new qualified sales pipeline through proactive outreach via email, phone, and social channels
• Engage prospects with genuine curiosity to uncover their challenges and pain points related to customer engagement, monetization, and retention
• Effectively articulate the value proposition of Mailchimp's omnichannel marketing platform, including email, SMS, and transactional products
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to your partnered AEs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead qualifications in our CRM system
• Collaborate closely with AEs to understand their sales goals and adjust prospecting efforts accordingly
• Continuously learn and apply feedback to improve prospecting strategies and results
• 1+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven ability to hit or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with mid-market companies and organizations
• High level of business acumen and a foundational understanding of marketing concepts
• Strong drive for results and the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
