Position : Accounts Payable Coordinator (Part-Time)

What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key role in managing our purchasing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities include:
- Handling invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Processing weekly check runs and ACH payments
- Assisting with credit card reconciliation and audit preparation
- Helping integrate systems to improve our workflow
- Communicating professionally with vendors and colleagues
- Upholding the Classic Center’s values every step of the way
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with NetSuite (a plus!)
- Comfort with learning new systems and solving problems
- A commitment to teamwork, responsibility, and professionalism
- A college degree is great—but not required if you bring equivalent experience and motivation
The candidate who is selected for this position will have to successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
