Our Client is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Midwest region (MI, IN, OH, and KY). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the outside sale of industrial shot blast equipment, peening, surface preparation, and/or foundry equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Role requires the following technical skills: Advanced Microsoft Office, the reading of AutoCAD drawings, and CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365. Position also requires familiarity with the operation of blasting equipment or equivalent mechanical experience. 70%-80% travel, a valid passport, and a driver's license in good standing are required.
This role will be responsible for revenue growth in assigned territory based on the sale of aftermarket parts, equipment modernization programs (EMP), the generation of service contracts, new equipment sales, increasing company market shares, and the conversion of competitor installations.
