Available Shifts:
Full-Time Night Shift and PRN Shifts

What You Will Do:
- Supervise care and treatment processes, lead patient assessments, and customize care plans.
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families to understand their individual needs.
- Coordinate effectively with fellow departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Support colleagues in addressing complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrate the achievements and milestones of our patients.
Your Qualifications:
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- Preferred: CRRN certification.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
