Pasta Maker
What You'll Do
- Prepare fresh and cooked pasta dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Cook and plate menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
- Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and storage of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pasta station and surrounding work areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Assist with daily prep work, inventory rotation, and stocking.
- Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure timely service.
- Support banquet and special event operations as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude while delivering exceptional quality during high-volume service.
- Previous experience as a Pasta Cook, Line Cook, or similar culinary role preferred.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and fresh pasta preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain one).
