A professional services firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Proposals Manager to oversee proposal development and support new business opportunities. This role manages the full lifecycle of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and strategic client pursuits, working closely with attorneys, leadership, and internal teams to deliver high-quality submissions and presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end RFP and proposal process, including timelines, coordination, and submission.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to develop clear, persuasive proposal responses.
• Draft and edit proposal content while maintaining proposal materials and experience records.
• Assist with preparation for client presentations and pitch meetings.
• Track proposal outcomes and help improve proposal strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in proposals, business development, or marketing within professional services preferred.
• Strong writing, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or proposal tools.
