Primary Care Physician - Internal Medicine or Family
Our client, a well-established and privately owned primary care practice in North Atlanta, is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join its growing team. Founded in 2008, the practice has built a strong reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centred care. Due to sustained patient demand, the organization is expanding its physician workforce at its Suwanee location, with additional Metro Atlanta expansion planned.

Clinical Scope & Practice Model
- Outpatient primary care practice serving adult patients aged 18 and older
- Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care
- No paediatric care, major psychiatric treatment, or chronic pain management
- Patient volume averages 2 new patients or 3 established patients per hour
- Accepts most commercial insurance plans and Medicare
- Payer credentialing managed through the Emory Healthcare Network, reducing administrative burden
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Flexible scheduling options:
- 4 clinical days + 1 administrative day, or
- 4.5 clinical days with a half administrative day
- Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No weekends, no hospital rounds, and minimal shared call responsibilities
- Alternative scheduling arrangements may be considered based on physician's needs

- Ultrasound

Compensation
- Competitive base salary with productivity bonuses based on collections

Candidate Profile
Qualified candidates must:
- Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Hold (or be eligible for) an active Georgia medical license
- Maintain DEA registration
- Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
